The aim of this descriptive research was to evaluate Roshd educational Website according to the designing standards of educational Websites. Statistical population of this research was Roshd educational network of which the general part and three courses of chemistry, physics and Arabic were selected randomly and evaluated. The data was gathered using a researcher-made checklist that was created through combination of educational Websites Evaluation models (10 Cs, CARS and Kearsley). The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that educational goals of the courses in Roshd educational Website are in an undesirable level, and the content, learning-teaching methods, Evaluation methods, web page design and general part of the site are in a relatively desirable level.

All of today's dynamic organizations have selected the Internet as one of the best means of communication with all the individuals and stakeholders. The purpose of this research was to evaluate and cluster the Website of the 43 Iranian sports federations based on the Alexa Website traffic indicators. The indexes included the number of pages viewed، the average browsing time of the site، the percentage of visitors inside the country، the percentage of visitors from outside the country، the number of links and loading rates. Using hierarchical clustering method، similar federations were grouped together in the form of homogeneous clusters، and eventually three clusters were created. The quality and validity of each of the clusters created by the diagnostic analysis method were confirmed and finally، the characteristics of each of these clusters were analyzed. The basis for cluster analysis was considered to be a comparison of the average of each indicator in each cluster with the average of the same indicator in all the clusters (total data). Since there was no significant difference between the average time of browsing the site and the average number of pages visited among different clusters، these indices were not considered in cluster analysis. The results of the study showed that Iran's sports federations have a poor and unexpected performance in the field of webometrics. . .

Purpose: The survey has been conducted to evaluate and to recognize the Websites conditions of the internal library and information journals based on the qualitative Evaluation (W.Q.A.T.) tool.Methodology: The research is evaluative survey and the Evaluation tool is W.Q.A.T. The tool examines the validity of the Websites based on the nine general criteria including: content, performance, validity, up-to-date, connection, graphics, scope, and the labels use. The population contained 13 library and information Websites which had independent Websites. To analyze the data obtained, the percentage, rating mean, and the standard deviation were used.Findings: More than 60% of the Websites under study were evaluated from the content quality aspect and more than 80% from the performance score were evaluated as moderate and strong. From the validity score viewpoints, all the Websites acted as moderate and more. Only 8% acted strong from the up-to-date aspect and the connection performance had moderate performance. Also, 47% of the Websites obtained weak and very weak scores.More than 90% of the Websites graphics performance was evaluated as upper moderate and more than 93% of them rated as strong, 46% of super labels were excellent and about 54% were weak.Results: Of the all 31 components and 8 criteria for the Evaluation of the library and information journals, only 2 performance and the content criteria had strong score. The graphics, structure, super labels had moderate, the connection and up-to-date criteria had weak performance.

Background and Objectives: The aim of the present study was to demonstrate a clear vision of the quality status of Khorasan Razavi hospitals’ Websites in four dimensions of content, performance, management and using the Website.Material and Methods: This was a survey study. The sample size consisted of 49 hospital Websites of Khorasan Razavi province. A check list including 21 components and four criteria (content, performance, management and how to use the Website) was used as the assessing instrument. Its validity and reliability have been proved through previous studies. Also, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.Results: The findings showed that only 59% of the hospitals in Khorasan Razavi had active Websites. The overall status of the Websites showed the following: too weak (51%), moderate (26.5%) and weak (16.3%), respectively. Regarding the content, performance, management and using the Website and design criteria, the findings showed that 40.8% of the Websites had an unfavorable condition. Of the 16 high quality Websites selected, only three Websites including Sina Hospital in Mashhad, Javdoll-Aemeh in Mashhad and Razavi were in good condition; meanwhile the others were in poor condition.Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that most Websites do not consider minimal medical standards and also, they could not establish good relationships with their audiences. In fact, in Iran, considering the quality and performance of Websites has not been a priority for improving service quality in hospitals. The findings of this study can be effective in the identification and development of hospital Websites quality criteria in terms of design, content, performance and management and how to use Websites.

Aim: Educational center Websites play an important role in providing information for current students, future students, graduates, and faculty members. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of educational indicators intervention on the Website of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this quasi-experimental (before and after) the research population was the Websites of seven affiliated faculties of Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. The Websites were investigated using a researcher-made checklist for the presence or absence of variables and indicators derived from the indicators explained according to the educational rankings of medical universities and accreditation standards of educational institutions (from the packages of the Transformation Plan in Education). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22 and descriptive statistics (mean) and paired t-test. Results: According to the results of this study, there was a significant difference between the mean score before and after the intervention in the structure as well as the organizational identity of the Bandar Abbas Nursing and Midwifery School Website. There was also a difference between the mean scores of the medical school Website content and the how to communicate in the faculty Websites of the Medical, Nursing and Midwifery, Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutical Sciences schools of Bandar Abbas Medical Science University. Conclusion: Due to the importance of Websites, the relevant authorities should have accurate policies and planning and regular monitoring of the Websites to develop them quantitatively and qualitatively.

The article explores approaches to assessing the quality of health care sites. The main components of Evaluation are identified. The author's toolkit for health site Evaluation is offered. It is based on the three branches of resource competitiveness (content, technical and marketing components). Twenty parameters of site quality calculation are defined, which have the scale and are supported by determining the weights of components. The scaling of the resulting indicator is proposed. It allows designation of the level of development of the particular site in the field of health. The practical approbation of the proposed method was carried out on the example of Ukrainian sites on the topic of rehabilitation and disease prevention. The diagram of the grouping of Websites on a level of development of separate components is constructed to define the further directions of work with these sites to strengthen their competitive positions in the "Health" category. The author's typology of health sites depending on the calculated numerical combinations of the quality assessment level of components is given. It also describes the state of the "ideal" mix of components of the health site, which is formed based on the balance of individual elements.

In recent decades, organizations have increasingly focused on developing ICTs and introducing new e-services to their customers, so they have largely invested in web development and promotional activities. Therefore, it is essential for them to evaluate their Websites and identify how well they are structured and how web pages are organized. Evaluating web structure requires proper methods and measures. This paper intends to model a Website as a graph and introduce new measures to evaluate Website link structure. The model is based on the analysis of online behavior of the Website's visitors. Thus, a real problem of the Website of an Iranian university was described and, its structure was evaluated using this model between September-05 to November 2005.
